Two-Bite Cinnamon Deliciousness?!We FINALLY found powdered sugar- after looking endlessly in different supermarkets, we finally were able to pin down a mega packet. Although we still couldn't find yeast, I scouted the internet for some yeast-free cinnamon roll recipes, and stumbled upon both of The Big Man's World's Cinnamon Bun recipes, one Keto and one that is two ingredient. I kind of combined both of them into a simple and protein-packed cinnamon bun recipe which ended up looking and tasting A LOT like the two-bite cinnamon buns from by childhood. Total win! I am in love with Pulsin's Pea Protein Powder, as it is so high in protein, not soy based and can be easily added to recipes without changing the taste. These cinnamon rolls are full of fibre and protein with a blend of almond, buckwheat and gluten free flours. You could also just use a normal 1:1 gluten free flour for the recipe, and add 1 tsp of baking soda if it is not self-raising flour. Ingredients
